Delivery FAQs
1. What is your delivery time?
Most orders dispatch within 2 business days from our Sydney facility and expected delivery time depends on your location. Please note we strongly recommend you provide ‘Authority to Leave’ during checkout if you may not be available to sign for the delivery and that it is the receiver’s responsibility to organise re-delivery or collection from courier outlets.

Orders containing elfa items may take up to 5 business days to dispatch and we will advise if further delays are expected.
2. What are the delivery costs for online orders?
Delivery costs will vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the goods to be shipped. By entering your delivery postcode and clicking on "calculate", the freight cost will then be confirmed.
3. How is my order going to be delivered?
Most orders ship via Australia Post however some Big and Bulky items ship via other carriers such as TNT Express and StarTrack. Please note oversized orders cannot be directed to a Post Office and will require collection or redelivery from the courier outlet if you do not provide ‘Authority to Leave’.
4. How can I check the status of my order?

5. How can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order please contact the Howards ASAP via 1300 HOWARDS (1300 469 273) – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST or via email: eshop@hsw.com.au. Remember we aim to ship your order within one business day.
6. Can I get a delivery abroad?
No, we can only deliver within Australia.

Refund & exchange
What is your returns policy?
Products purchased online can be exchanged or refunded with our online store within 30 days if the products are deemed to be faulty OR if for any reason the product is unsuitable and is still in saleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs and the safe transit of products being returned or exchanged are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
