We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor and Office Administrator professional to join our head office team in Frenchs Forest on a full time basis.

You are pro-active, driven and dynamic in your approach to evolving situations and have strong organisation skills. You are solutions oriented and thrive in a fast-paced and environment. You follow things through and enjoy the feeling of a job well done.

The Role:

This is a stand alone HR role, working in a fast paced, growing Company to primarily handle the general HR practices, recruitment, and administration as well as general office management. You will be an essential part of the team, working with all levels of staff to help individuals and teams to harvest their full potential.

 This is a broad role and includes duties not limited to:

  • HR Advisor, Policies & Procedures, WH&S HR recruitment, contracts, filing
  • Office management and administration
  • Regulatory document management and coordination
  • Program administration and coordination management support
  • Maintaining and updating group policies, procedures and documentation
  • Coordinating lease administration tasks and activities
  • Ad hoc projects and supporting various departments
  • Arranging office catering, functions and conferences

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating administration tasks and activities.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, Relevant HR tertiary qualifications
  • You possess a strong and demonstrated HR capability, across all functions including recruitment, and have true passion for HR, people and culture.
  • Your communication skills are excellent and you can develop strong relationships.
  • You are not fazed by a dynamic environment where your role and responsibilities will be fluid in nature.
  • Handling HR and payroll queries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

GROUP OFFICE | EDM & Graphic Artist

Howards marketing is shifting up a gear to include more marketing automation. Therefore we are on the search for a dynamic designer who can quickly pick up our brand ethos and apply it to a whole new area of EDM design within the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent design eye plus some great results oriented digital exerience. In fact - we would really like you to OWN this new area.

Ideally, you will have a great feel for how our customers think, understanding how their needs change through the different lifestages. Howards is all about solutions not clutter - our EDMS and general design is no different. Everything is purposeful. You will use this understanding to create effective EDMS that achieve outstanding open and click through rates and conversion rates.

Working reasonably independently, you will work with the Marketing Manager, Production Manager and Online teams to map out the automation opportunities. Then you will execute the plan methodically, learning from your achievements and build up the Howards EDM portfolio.  

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Graphic & Digital Design
  • Good understanding of Email Marketing Automation platforms in general
  • Google Analytics
  • Adobe Creative Suite & Premier Pro

 WAREHOUSE | Picker & Packers/ Fork Lift Drivers (CASUAL)

Due to growth in our warehouse operations, we are looking for experienced and professional Warehouse Pickers / Fork Lift Drivers to join our team at our Group Office Warehouse located at Frenchs Forest in NSW.

Applicants must be able to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team, and be able to meet daily deadlines.

Previous experience in warehouse goods receiving / putaway / pick-pack roles will be advantageous although most importantly is the right attitude.

A current forklift license is desirable, but not essential.
