Howards Storage World endeavours to represent our entire product range in stores and online. However, products displayed online may not always be available as products may become out-of-stock or be discontinued at any time. We recommend you call a store to confirm availability.

Howards Storage World product prices represented online and in-store are Recommended Retail Prices. From time to time, prices do however change if there is a sale, promotion or other special pricing either in-store or online. As a result, product and prices could differ between stores and online. Products are available while stocks last and may become out-of-stock at any time.

Product offers and promotional pricing (in-store or online) may be subject to additional terms and conditions, specified with the offer at the time of sale.

If you find a lower price for the same identical product in-stock and available at an Australian store or its website, we will happily price match.

What we will Price Match
To ensure a fair comparison, the competitor’s price must be:
-   Their published retail price
-   Available at an Australian retailer (with an ABN) /in-stock now and available for immediate delivery, in-store or on their website
-   Inclusive of delivery and all applicable charges.

Price matching is available both in-store and online at Howards.
•   Visit any Howards Store
•   Show the team member the lower price on the competitor website.
•   Once verified, we take care of the rest.
•   Online, email customer service at online@hsw.com.au, with a link to the product at the lower price.

Exclusions
While we aim to match genuine retail prices, we’re unable to match:
•   Closing down sale, clearance, liquidation pricing.
•   Prices from auction sites, international stores, online only stores and marketplaces.
•   Offers involving loyalty programs, bundled deals, or non-standard payment options (e.g. Afterpay, PayPal promotions).

Howards Storage World reserves the right to decline a price match request at its discretion.

Need to take a product home to see if it fits? No problem! Products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase at store, or delivery of online purchases, to any Howards Storage World store or our Online store. Products being returned must be unused, in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note, return shipping costs and the safe transit of products being returned or exchanged are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
